Shipping policy

  • Shipping Method & Timing
     All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and typically arrive within 3–5 business days within the contiguous 48 states.

  • Service Area / States Covered
     We currently ship large beds only within the lower 48 contiguous states. Small and medium beds can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska. If you’d like a large bed shipped to HI or AK, please contact our support email to see if an exception is possible.

  • Replacement Orders
     For replacement sets or parts, we may ship via USPS or UPS depending on size, cost, and logistical convenience.

  • Order Processing & Tracking
     After you place an order, we typically process and hand it off to the carrier within 48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays). Once shipped, the carrier will provide a tracking number, which we will share with you via email.

  • Notes & Special Cases

    • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    • If you have special delivery instructions (guard gate codes, apartment instructions, etc.), please include them at checkout so we can pass them to the carrier.
