Refund policy

 

We hope you and your pup love your purchase. If for any reason you need to return it, here’s how it works:

  • You may request a return within 5 business days from the date the package is delivered.

  • All returns (except defective items) will incur a shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund or charged separately.

  • For defective or damaged products, please send us photographic documentation via email to our support address within 24 hours of delivery. If confirmed, we will waive the return shipping fee and issue a full refund or replacement.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all packaging, accessories, and tags.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund (minus any applicable return shipping costs) to your original payment method; please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
